I like the idea you have here, its cute and interesting, but it isn't all that clear the way it currently is. I think you introduced way too many characters into this first chapter. Maybe Lizzie, though adorable, should be saved for chapter 2. As should little B and the whole family there. I think that the canon Next-Gen and maybe one (or 2) originals would be plenty for the first chapter. Obviously Millie is a must since she is a main character. If you really like the way it is, you could do to do some rephrasing. It isn't exactly clear who is who when you first read it through. I had to read about most of the original characters multiple times before I understood their relation. I think it's a good start, but can use some work!

I love it!!! You have a great twist on the whole story and I love how al. Loves her (I think) but he just doesn't know what to do. Boys, what are you gunna do with them. Haha. Anyways I'm so excited that I am your first reviewer! *excited squealing* and I have to ask was that Freddie Kruger nickname based off something else? Because if it is I honestly died laughing when I saw that! Anyways keep writing!
