this is kinda nice story n i cant understand y malfoys made head boy

Author's Response: That comes up soon, but in short, he's Head Boy because McGonagall didn't want to give Harry anymore responsibility, thinking he needed time off, and Malfoy had the highest grades of anyone else, and hadn't technically gotten in any trouble. He's still at Hogwarts because he and his family switch allegiance in the very end of the battle. This was sort of McGonagall giving him a second chance.
