I really like this, I usually don't read stories that have to do with this, but I must say that this is well done. Is it hard to keep Hermoine in character while making this into a Dramione Fic?

Hia, I really like the story so far. You've done a good job of describing anorexia despite never having been through it. Anorexia is a really complicated issue and it's normally about feeling in control. It would be nice to find out the underlying cause of Hermione's illness at some point because it's not really about food and weight - that's just the focus. I'm writing a similar fanfic myself and would love you to take a look.
