Now this is something I've never thought of... It was rather enjoyable though.

Author's Response: I'm glad you thought so. Thanks so much for reviewing!

I really like this, but I found 1 tiny mistake. Before Albus 2 Bs and a C were called, but there would also have been another D before him; Doge, Elphias. Just that ;)

Author's Response: Thank you for telling me! Confound it, I thought I'd gotten it all right. Well, when I go through mass edits in a few months, I will be sure to fix that. Seriously, thanks for telling me; I never would have noticed.

Thank you for reviewing!

Review #3, by Hyacinth Dursley The Sorting

21st March 2011:
And here's your review for the Great Gryffie Egg Hunt. A nice light story, You're braver than I. Dumblebore, even at a very young age, is an intimidating character to write for, but you handle him well. He comes across as appropriately young and uncertain, very much an eleven year old boy.

The only error I spotted is that Albus is much older than most of the other character's in JK's book who would be his contemporaries thanks to the Philosopher's stone. I believe she has him being 150 years old. Which would not have made it likely he went to school with other characters from the book, who would seem his age mates, as not everyone has had access to the stone's age extending properties like Dumbledore and Flamel.

That aside the writing is well done. The story is nicely balanced and over all a nice light read. Well done. :)

Author's Response: Thank you very much, I sincerely appreciate your feedback.
