Well I didn't know it was possible to smell snow but you've made me want to try :).

This was REALLY good! Normally I'm a stickler for cannon but you've convinced me that this could actually have happened! 10/10. :)

Author's Response: it is! i can always smell when its going to snow(:

thanks for reviewing, darling! me too, but this was the assignment and it popped in my head!

Review #3, by Miss MarlaG The Scent of Snow

18th January 2011:
Marla is there! Oh brain twin, this was so sweet and sad! those snow really smell? Lol, I wish i could see snow... i have never seen it thought it must be beautiful! it does seem like something they would have done, and then ignored each other as they kept on with their lives and the triwizard thingie :) i loved it, twin, and thanks for dedicating it to me! :D i really loved it!

Author's Response: Thank you darling! Snow has a kind of crisp smell... its pretty weird. YOU SHOULD GO FIND SOME SNOW. or just sniff some ice. that's kind of the main smell.
thank you, part of the challenge was that it had to be canon, I wish it didn't have to end like that, but c'est la vie.
any time, twin. *huggles*

Review #4, by Illuminate The Scent of Snow

18th January 2011:
:D Hi!

I think this was written very well. I think you did what the challenge said; make the ship work. I think you wrote their sexual chemistry perfectly, and I also think their individual characters were characterized correctly.

I like that you set it during the Yule Ball, that was a perfectly chosen setting since we do actually get the impression that niether particularly enjoyed their time there in GOF.

You did very well with this ship! Well done, Olwyn! :D

Illuminate.

Author's Response: Thank you so much, it means a lot to hear that(: I enjoyed writing it so much, and I wasn't sure if other people would like it... But thank you!

I love this! I love how you seperated the two's point of views... did that make sense? Anyway. Tonight I'm going to go outside and sniff the snow. :)

Author's Response: Thanks! Yep, that made sense. I was attempting to juxtapose their POVs, something my english teacher says I can't do :p
I LOVE the smell of snow, I can always smell snow coming(:
