Review #1, by presario-x1000 Susan

It's really sweet story. Shows the good side of Regulas Black, apart from the 'Death Eater' part. Me and my friend, Amy, always wondered why they are called 'Death Eaters'. 'Cause, well, you can't exactly eat death. Ya' know? I wish Regulas didn't join the Death Eaters. But he made the right choice in the end. Anyways. Top Marks!

Author's Response: I have always wondered why they were called that as well. Thanks for reading!

Wow. I really love this. Original plot, unexpected characters.. nice writing.. :)

The whole yo-yo plot, and connecting it with christmas was clever. I liked how it was Regulus in this, an unusual character for this situation. And a muggle like Susan as well was great :)

Enjoyed reading this! :)

Author's Response: I'm glad that you liked this. Thanks for reading!

Oh... this is just such a good story I really like the way that you tell the story from first-narrator, I usually try to avoid stories that are written in that way but you have really made it come real and honest.

Only thing I picked up on spelling was tempter instead of tempted (I know very nit-picky but I can't help myself) "I was tempter to pick up some snow and begin packing it into a snowball"

I also happen to be a real fan of minor characters and you portray Regulus in a wonderful manner, and you give his kind personality that Kreacher must have known.

Lovely story! It really shows the true feelings of Christmas and the real honesty of giving away your toys to someone that needs it more.

*huggles*

Author's Response: Thanks for pointing out that one mistake. I'm glad you enjoyed this! :)

Review #5, by DragonQuill Susan

6th January 2011:
I like this. I think you did a fantastic job on it. I'm a little curious at how old Regular and the girl are supposed to be. At first my thought had been like 10 and 13, but that doesn't seem to fit with his big decision. Like 12 and 15?

Anyway, wonderful work. I really liked it. I love getting a decent look at Regulus and it was a cool idea to do it through a stranger's eyes.

Author's Response: Well, I was picturing Regulus being 16 and Susan being 12 or 13. I'm glad that you thought it was good. ;)
