You're writing style is rich and supple--this is a lovely piece. Your conversation flows and the description and characterizations are original and creative. The insight you gave into Sirius and his situation was refreshing and though the piece itself is dark, the few small points of light scattered throughout make it easier to read. I wholeheartedly believe if you wanted a long term project that you could turn this into a hit Sirius/OC fanfic.Author's Response: Wow, thank you! I'm so happy you thought it was good. So many compliments... I'm speechless! ^_^
And I would make it a novel or novella, but I have a few other stories involving Sirius that I'm thinking about. I'm glad you think it'd make a good one though.
Thanks again for reading and taking the time to review! This seriously just made my day. :) Report Review
o: Aw that was sad/brilliant/touching :D I loved it. The ending is sweet ^^ I nearly started crying :p I'm glad he saw her again. Good Job ^^Author's Response: :D Thank you! Aww! That was a really good one-shot! :O I mean, I loved all the flashbacks and the part where Zana told him she was pregnant. It was really sweet. And then in the end, when he was with all of them in heaven, I guess... it was just really nice to read. :) And you were right in saying it wasn't as sad as it looked... it made me feel all happy inside. You did a really good job with this. I would really love to see more from you! And btw, I loved how you wrote Sirius as more serious (that wasn't meant to be a joke, uhm...-.-') and not all that irresponsible like he usually is.
Also... I'd really appreciate it if you would r&r my ff "Darkest Night." Its a Dramione, so I don't know if you like those, but if you're a teeny bit interested it would mean a lot if you r&r'd! Thankyouuu! :3
Keep writing! ~ flufff
9.5/10 teehee :DAuthor's Response: Thanks for reading! I'm glad you enjoyed it; I hoped it would be uplifting, and I wanted to show Sirius' serious side. And the part where she tells him she's pregnant is what I edited recently, so I'm glad you thought it was sweet ^-^
Anyway, I really appreciate the review! And sure, I'll take a look and review Darkest Night in the next couple of days. I like most Dramiones :)

Wow, that was really great! I didn't expect the ending but it was still really, really great. The whole story was beautifully written and exstremely sad. I thought that you captured the hopelessness and depression of an imprisoned Sirius perfectly. I always felt that Sirius had one of the worst fates in the entire series; he lost everything: his family, best firends, freedom, and ultimately his life.
Really great one-shot; kudos to you! 10/10Author's Response: Thanks so much! I'm glad you thought I captured the character well. ^-^
And yeah, I know the ending was a bit unexpected... I hadn't really planned it that way, just went with an idea that popped into my head. I wanted to give Sirius some relief, because like you said, his fate kind of sucks. I'm so happy you liked it!
Thanks again for the lovely review! I really appreciate it :) Report Review
omg, i actually got tears in my eyes a bit! this is so moving when he thinks about never seeing them, that there may be no afterlife... wow, this is really good. and the fact that i adore Sirius only contributes to the story. great job!Author's Response: Wow, I'm honored that you liked it! I worked a while editing this to fix up the little details, and it's great to know it might have paid off. I wanted it to keep you guessing. And I would say that I'm glad you got teary but that's a bit weird... I just love getting reviews. :P

I thought this was really really good I'm surprised you haven't gotten more reviews. I typically don't like reading angst stories because...well I don't like being sad :P But I found this one particularly interesting and I'm glad I read it :)
I liked how you had her killed in the explosion Peter created, I have never read that happening before. I've read the majority of Sirius/OC fics on here and have written quite a few myself but I've got to say that this is one of my favorite -if not my favorite- way for the OC to die. Because if Sirius was romantically linked to a girl she would've had to die during this time because she obviously wasn't around in the books :/
I liked how she wound up with all of them in the end and how they get to carry on with their lives. Because the Maraduers really did have the most depressing point because Sirius lost all of his friends, and was blamed for their death when he would've done anything to save them and then Remus was left all alone. It was depressing and I like the happy ending you've left us :)
But anyway sorry I'm kind of rambling but I just really enjoyed this fic, it was very sad and I think you should do a prequel to it so that people will get a feel for your OC and so then when they read this it they will have more of an emotional attachment to it. You've got the writing chops to pull it off :) Can't wait to see what else you produce :)
~laurenAuthor's Response: Wow, thanks for the feedback :) I came up with this idea on a whim and thought it might've been used before, but I guess it's less common than I thought. I'm glad you liked it! I hate the way some stories just leave you all sad and depressed, so I ended it happily. I swear, what's the point of writing about someone dying if the story doesn't get somewhere in the end? :P
Anyway, I appreciate the rambling, it helps with ideas. :) I was going to write a prequel (or something like it) for this, but I thought it wouldn't help the story very much or would seem too fluffy to the reader so I just left it as a one-shot. Maybe I should try that in the future...
Thanks again for the review! I feel special now.
