That's really cute! I loved it :) James and Lily are the cutesy couple ever :3Author's Response: Aw, thank you =) Report Review
I have to admit that was really fluffy, and tales like that are generally a turn off for me. Yet this was so very cute that I couldn't possibly decide that I did not like it. Ha ha. I've always loved a good Lily/James, and I think this is one of the sweeter ones that I've come across. It's nice to see one where they constantly aren't at odds with one another (admittedly those are fun to write, but tiresome to read after twenty or so renditions of the same thing), but rather getting along. At some point I would think that the pair of them would have both matured as individuals, and I think you have a strong sense of that here. I didn't pick up on any grammatical or spelling errors so kudos there! I always have appreciated pieces that have that polished look to them. However, I do have a criticism for this piece. It does seem to end rather abruptly after the song. I would suggest slowing it down a bit or adding a bit more description so it doesn't seem rushed. Other than that, I don't really see anything else that needs mending or work. Your characterizations were lovely, and I really rather liked that your plot wasn't a carbon copy of everyone's recycled ideas going in a deadly and vicious cycle. It was something refreshing and new, and I enjoyed it immensely. So great work with this piece. Happy writing! ♥ LindersAuthor's Response: I think that's the longest review I've ever gotten o_o Thank you so much for taking the time to leave one! :D I will see about changing the ending... It always sorta seemed that way to me, too, but I was weary after trying to stick some poetry into a fanfic :P Thank you again! So much! Report Review
Aww, that was adorable! I especially loved how Sirius posed the question back at James instead of answering it for him. James had to find the words himself. The song was really cute, too. I want to listen to it now! I love the idea of music in Harry Potter. They never really brought up anything like it in the actual series, but I think a lot of the students would be involved in it. Anyway, lovely story! Magically Yours, DemAuthor's Response: Well, there were the Weird Sisters and that favorite singer of Molly's... But there really wasn't a lot of music, was there? Anyway, thank you for reviewing, and for the all lovely feedback :) Report Review
