Review #1, by Mrs Sirius Black Prologue 2: Back to the Future

1st March 2011:
Not much was done in the future, i wonder how it could affect the timeline.

Although i think he is taking a book back to the past by accident?

Wonder how this will play out.

Great Chapter

Interesting but im curious to what will happen next.

Author's Response: Thanks for your review!! It will all be revealed within time (which is even more cliche when you think about how this story is basically about timetravel and altering a chain of events...) Happy Holidays!!

Review #5, by Dalek194 Prologue 2: Back to the Future

5th December 2010:
Interesting... the idea of having the books published in the future is very clever, and again a unique idea. I like the riddle, it's very well written :-)

One or two things I would pick out would be that;

- Surely Harry knows where Flourish and Blotts is by now, he wouldn't need to take 15 minutes looking for it?

- I don't think, if those books had been published, the part about the Horcruxes would be made public; after all, they are a very secret type of dark magic and if they became general knowledge they may get a lot of wannabe-Voldemorts running around causing chaos.

Besides these small things (sorry, I am very picky LOL) this is a very good chapter with some good ideas. Please update soon, I want to see what happens when Harry goes to the past :-) I hope it will have some action (that's the one thing this chapter lacked) Happy writing! :-)

Author's Response: Hi, thanks for your review!! Truthfully, I didn't think about the first one at all, which is rather stupid of me now that I look back, but I probably won't take the time to edit such a minor mistake. The idea behind the Horcruxes though, now that I really analyze it, is probably correct except that in my mind the books do not explicitly contain the "ingredients" for making a Horcrux, and the Wizarding community has probably learned a lesson by the year 2017 and made it next to impossible to obtain information about how to form a Horcrux. In addition, I believe that most people are still too fearful of ending up like Voldemort, even in that time. As for the action, the story will have a lot, but it will take some time to develop into a point where it can occur. Plus, the action of this story will belong to Harry's parents, which will all be explained in time. I have the timeframe of the story laid out, and there probably will not be any more action for a while, as there is character and slight world developing that must take place before that can happen. Thanks for the comments however, I really do appreciate them, and Happy Holidays!!

Review #6, by Dalek194 Prologue: At King's Cross Station

5th December 2010:
Certainly a very interesting start! Of all the time travel stories I've read this one is definately a unique idea. I presume Harry is still a Horcrux, but as he is (temporarily) dead I suppose Father Time can talk to him.

One or two small mistakes I noticed are;

- "...Hogwarts Express anywhere...

...Just when he..." The gap is too small compared to the other gaps between lines.

- The story summary says Harry goes back 21 years, and the story says 19

- This isn't an error as such, but it would be good if you had described Father Time in a bit more detail

Besides these (very minor) things, this is very good; I'm impressed with your description of the station and how it develops. It was brave to pick up not where JK left off, but halfway through, and so far it's working. Can't wait to read the next chapter, good work!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review!! I am posting this story simultaneously on fanfiction (dot) net, and there I did fix the mistake about the twenty-one years back versus the nineteen years back, and it is supposed to be twenty-one. Thanks for pointing that out. As for the break between lines, I meant for all the breaks to be that small, but an error occurred because I simply did a copy-and-paste of the text from my story on the other website, and they automatically adjust for paragraph breaks, which I *obviously* did not know at the time. Thanks for the criticism, I really appreciate it, and Happy Holidays!
