Would she really take care of Lily's son? Those first ten days she did, and it really wasn't fair of Vernon to say that she was ignoring him and Dudley, even if she was busy a lot. But I guess Dumbledore would never tell anyone, especially in a letter anyone could pick up, that it was Snape's fault Lily Potter was dead, because he sent Voldemort after James and Harry Potter. loved it i think you charactized petunia very well thanx for writing Report Review
This was an interesting perspective on Petunia. It is sad that this could have happened. Harry could have been given the love he needed.Author's Response: Yeah, I never really thought she was pure evil...she always seemed to be this really fragile soul who just had all this hurt barring on her that she acted the way she did. I think it's more likely than her just being an awful person. Right. I'm rambling. THANK YOU FOR THE REVEIW! Report Review
i think you could turn this into an AU story if you wanted to, if you had petunia treating Harry fairly and then elaborated some plot and change from that :) it'd be amazing. I love this though, i love how you show that petunia does have a heart somewhere under all the bitterness :) [=Miss Ginny Potter=]Author's Response: That's a really interesting idea..I'd never really thought of that...hmm. :) Yeah, I feel like Petunia gets sort of a bad rap and wanted to maybe justify some of the things she does. I'm glad you liked it. Thanks, FN Report Review
I love it! It's so sad, but at the same time, I smiled, I don't know whats wrong with me! I guess it's kind of bittersweet, but like, 80% cocoa. (Have you ever tried that? Don't.) Great job.Author's Response: Thank you so much! I could take the time to tell you my 90% dark chocolate story, but I won't. It's too tragic. But I'm really happy you felt that way..it was what I was going for. c: ~FN Report Review
