How can she look exactly like Bellatrix Lestrange nee Black if Narcissa isn't her mother? Bellatrix was Narcissa's sister and is not related by blood to Lucius.

Author's Response: its because all of the pure blood families are related through someway. she would be related to bellatrix in some way, whether or not bellatrix and lucius are related by direct blood. traits are passed weirdly...especially in this case.
