This was just wonderful. I never really considered the pairing much, but when I read this, it made me crave it. :D I like that they didn't end up all snuggly and happy together. It was real and harsh, but still left you with a smile. :D --Jenna

The ending drove me crazy, I'll admit. I really wanted them to go into the sunset together, either that or leave Vic and get together. I really wanted that, so you pulled at my heartstrings. I loved this. It was written wonderfully. And, I really liked your take on Louis. He was funny, charming yet had a certain sarcastic, honest element to him. I really liked the beginning; the fact that you brought us back to the reason he stopped talking to Teddy. I liked the fact that he was so stubborn, that he didn't actually talk to him for that long! Usually, it commented about accidental words or the character gets worn down, but not Louis.

Excellent one shot. It really was :)

What other endings did you have? Just out of curiosity ;) You don't have to tell me if you don't want to :)

Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it! I know - I partly wanted that ending too. But then I thought about it, and I came to the conclusion that maybe, in some ways, it was best to leave it as it was. Though I reckon it'd be quite cute if Louis and Teddy became an item ;)

I'm glad you like how it wrote Louis ^.^ I know most people make Rose out to be the sarcastic character - and in my other fanfic, Louis is a quite bookworm. So I decided to make him the cynical one (:

That was very good! I don't read much slash, but this seems well written! I really liked how he went and kissed him back. I feel bad for Louis, so it was good he got that one little kiss. And at least they were friends again at the end!

Anyway, wonderful job, and nice job using an uncommon ship :D
