Woot! I especially like that James laughed and Lily smacked him, its so sort of cute and playful. I'd like to think that Sirius secretly likes April, but maybe as they work together they will slowly fall for each other. I hope Lily and April become closer friends!

There were just a few spelling errors that I found; most likely typos. For example, in the last paragraph, it says 'corssed' instead of 'crossed'. Besides that, it was alright. It's a bit cliche at this point, but that's not to say it won't improve as it goes. Keep going.

Author's Response: thanks! i'll make sure to go and check that. and yeah, i do like uniqueness in my stories. but i couldn't think of any other way to get my story moving in the way it needs to. so hopefully there won't be many other cliche moments in future chapters. ;]
