Wow, I really enjoyed this! It was a lot different than I'd imagined, for some reason. But a great read, nonetheless.

I'm growing fond of Charlie already. :) I've never seen him characterized quite like this. He's very... I dunno... calm? I'm not sure how to put it. But he's not the loud, boisterous boy that I'm used to seeing. And I appreciate that. Also, the little details that were snuck in here (like the bit about McGonagall affecting him moreso than his own mother) were just perfect. Oh, and I loved Tonks! What a perfect addiction. That bit of humor that she brought into the story was much-needed. It was like a break in the storm - although the drama isn't overdone, either, so really, just a great job overall. :)

Well that was a lot of rambling! Great job, Wimbourne. I look forward to your next chapter.

Wow, great start! Seriously, Wimbourne, great work. The plot looks really interesting and Charlie is brilliant! I really like his characterisation! I've never seen him like this - sort of nervous and timid - but I guess it makes sense. And I think you're going to try and answer a great question with this - why did Charlie choose dragons over Quidditch? I thought it was the "wizard dream" to play professional :P

All three of you did a fabulous job on this and it's wonderful to see it finally posted! An immense amount of work went into it and we've got something to be really proud of here.

It's a fantastic plot, but it's definitely come to life here. Charlie is a character open to much interpretation and I love what we've come up with for him. He was apparently an amazing quidditch player, so what happened? Isn't professional quidditch supposed to be the ultimate dream?

I'm so excited to see this posted and I've got to say that I loved the cameo from Tonks! It really adds to the whole canon effect that's going on. Our only OC is UNKNOWN, sorry, I mean Tara :P.

Can't wait for the next chapter ;)
