Aw, this is the sweetest story ever! The story flow is great - not too fast, not too slow. Monica and Hugo are adorable together. It's really refreshing to see Hugo in a different light. People always write him as this annoying, underachieving brother of Rose's.

I also really, really, really, love the narrator-voice you use. It's something unique and not really seen a lot. I love it! I can't wait to see more!

Like any brother, he is a bit jealous of Rose, but that will not be his main priority in life. And thanks! I saw that sort of narrator-voice in a book once, and I have been trying to do it for a while, but this time I really like it. Thanks for your kind words!

I like your prologue thus far, and the picture at the beginning is pretty neat. A little Phantom of the Opera reminder, if you ask me.

I've yet to see anyone tell the similarities between "love" and "passion," and I think your intro came out really well.
