Another fantastic chapter! Dom is one of my favorite Next Gen. characters and I love that the story is centered around her. So far, I love her and Thomas relationship and I would love to see more of that. But I think she could do with some more flaws, because even to she is a bit of a bitch - or at least that's the vibe I'm getting - she seems pretty perfect. Usually I feel it's easier to connect with the character if they have some obvious flaw like they're uncertain about something with their look or that they're not very good at something etc. etc. That's just me thoug. So, great job! I loved the part about Roxanne stealing her owls, hah.

Bloody Amazing start. I like your writing style, and the way you've mad all of the three girls really different.

I love that she's in Slytherin and the way she introduces herself:

"I'm not all Weasley." Dominique retorted. "I'm Dominique." she introduced herself with a smile.

That sentence as brilliant.
