I haven't read much FF in a while, and it was a nice surprise to get a good one!
your style is more polished than many novices that I've read, and you had me engaged in what was going on: particulary, I found myself experienceing some emotions right along with Harry:

Being surprised to see Malfoy at Number 4 (nice unexpected little twist, by the way) and

Being confused abiout the fact that he was giggling.

My response to finding out that "Malfoy" was Tonks, however, was a little different. He, as the trick-ee, had every right to be a little miffed. I, however, was too busy thinking, "Ah! That explains it," and "Good joke!" to sympathize with his irritation right away.

There's more I could say, but one last thing: Ginny's entrance was a nice touch--specifically, phraseing her greeting as a question. It was a small detail that served to say quite a bit. What a difference a punctuation mark can make, yes?
