interesting paring!!!i loved the story and the fear and love in it was beautifulAuthor's Response: Hehe, yeah, I love Hestia/Kingsley. I wanted to go for something different, and this just popped into my head. I'm so happy to hear it. :) Thank you for another lovely review! Report Review
That was brilliant...absolutely brilliant. I've never read a Hestia/Kingsley story before, but this was very very beautfully written. I really felt her pain. 10/10Author's Response: Wow! Thank you very much! I'm so glad you liked my Hestia/Kingsley story. :) They're quite a cute pair in my opinion. Thanks for the great review! Report Review
Ooh! I really loved this. Its a very original piece-addressing a common fear rather than a Wizarding one. And I really liked the characters you chose to write about-this is one of the few pieces where the writer takes a different perspective of Kingsley and Hestia. Amazing job!Author's Response: Thanks! I'm so happy you like this one! I actually wrote this for a challenge - my phobia was tonitrophobia - so I'm glad you liked it. I got lucky I guess. Anyway, I like the idea of having a muggle fear instead of a Wizarding one too. It makes the characters seem more real. I'm glad you liked Kingsley and Hestia. I wanted to go with a more out there pairing, just cause I like em. Thanks for reviewing! :) Report Review
This was VERY well written. You have a knack for descriptions and entrancing a reader...it was great! It's especially hard to write phobias because 1) you don't want to insult someone's fear in something and 2) you don't want to make it sound stupid. You've done a great job steering clear of these. I found the flashback scene rather sad, but it does explain her fears. And your Hestia/Kingsley pairing was perfectly done. Congrats! -momoeAuthor's Response: Wow! Thanks so much! It's good to know that you didn't think I made this seem too cheesy or like I was insulting someone's fear. I was very conscious of that when writing it, so I'm glad you thought it seemed real. I'm also happy that you liked the descriptions! Thanks so much for taking the time to review this and for such a good review! Report Review
awww, i loved it! hestia/kingsley is such a unique pairing, and it was perfect for this story! i loved the flashback...it was sad, but it definitely helped explain why she was scared of thunder. anyway, i'm on a reviewing spree to help make up for the lost reviews of authors that i remember have reviewed or favorited my stories before, even if they were lost. hope this helps! ~CSGAuthor's Response: I agree, Hestia/Kingsley is pretty unique, but now that I've written it, I think they might be one of my favorite pairings. I cried while writing that flashback. I don't really know why either. It just made me sad. Anyway, I think that that is a great idea! I'm going to review again as well, but not tonight, as I'm supposed to be writing a paper. Thanks so much! It definately helps. :) Report Review
