Nice first chapter, and well written too. I'm looking forward to reading more--but change "Puddlemore United" to "Puddlemere United"--I think that's how it's spelled in the books.

Hey, really good story! You don't get a lot that are Quidditch-centeralled anymore, and this one reads very well. You did a really good job of begining to set the scene for this, though I do hope that we will get to see a little more of Wood now that he's agreed to be on the team. You can deffinatly sense a little Jack/Oliver love interest there, though it is a vague enough possibility now that he could partner up with someone else if he wanted. I really good some of your sense of humor in the previous chapter - "She was only half deaf"... Very good there. It makes you wonder how her having a disability will help - or hinder - the team. I though the part where Miss and Sandra began to fight was quite humorous, and really set the attitude of the story. All in all, a very good job!
