This was a beautiful one shot...I love the imagery of Ginny sitting and watching the sunset at the Burrow and using the time to reflect on how things have changed for the better following such a painful time. This is a great song for them for sure.

I LOVE HARRY/ GINNY STORIES! And I love this one. I like the way you're subtle in the way you describe what Ginny is feeling, but still manage to make it concise and non-corny. (lol)

I enjoy "reflective" stories, because I think the characters are the most interesting past of a story, and it's nice to know what they're thinking!

Well I have to say I'm not normally a fan of song fics, and yours is only the second one I've finished. At least this time I knew the song and the artist. But having read your other story, and knowing how well you write I gave it a go.

I was not disappointed either. That was a beautiful, well written, short piece. I know what you mean about an idea getting stuck in your head and then having the need to to write it out - that's partially what got me started on my H/G story. Since I started it, another idea has taken a hold of me, and now I know I'll have to write it too. Oh Well!

I really admire your writing style. It's fluid and natural. Very easy for the reader to immerse themselves and get lost in the story - which is of course primarily why one reads fiction. Well done! I look forward to your next chapter in your other story. - M

Author's Response: Wow, now that's what I call a review! :) I know what you mean about not being a fan of song-fics, I often stay away from them myself. Sometimes, though, I hear a song and it just sticks in my head and reminds me of a certain ship or character and I feel it needs to be written down. It's funny how it works that way. I haven't written a song-fic or been compelled to do so since I used to write JAG fanfiction.
