Aw that's so sad.Lily was taken away from Sirius by James.though I do not know if Sirius would hold a contempt or bitterness towards James, as you sort of imply as Sirius "grits his teeth" and all.

Also, this part:
She just happened to be in his line of view nearly constantly, usually scribbling ntoes down or pushing hair out of those startling, emerald eyes.
I think that "ntoes" ought to be "notes." Do not worry, mistakes happen to everyone!

I loved the way Sirius desribed Lily, and how he said that her laugh was music to his ears. It was all very sweet and sad at the same time. 8.5/10. :]
