I like your set up of characters and your take on Sirius especially. He seems to be more like what he probably would've been during his school days. Looking forward to more!

Ohhh Jessi! *blushes profusely* You're too sweet! This is amazingly exciting, having a fic like this dedicated to me. You really shouldn't have. I suck at reviewing. Didn't I say I'd do it, like, last week on Gluttony? *cough* *hasn't* Yeah, well, I know I need to, and since I had been in an incredibly bad mood earlier, I decided rereading this (for the... fourth time now? something like that :P) would put me in an infinitely better mood. And of course, considering the awesometasticness of Sirialice, I am feeling much, much better :D

I mean, really. You were the first to jump aboard the Random Challenge ship and I was, at the time, obsessed with Sirialice. So far, you're doing an amazing, amazing job with one of my new favorite fanon ships! Just the beginning was stunning. Had Sirius snuck into St. Mungo's? That's what I thought. I think I'm right. ^_^ But what was even more telling was the Marauder-era section.

And can I say, this is simply the amazingest Sirius characterization. Thank you so much for writing him this way. I know you're aware of all the Sirius-player cliches and... ergh, it's one of the many reasons I'm not in love with him in fanfiction anymore. It's just become so stale that it's simply unbearable. But every so often I find something truly unique, something truly breathtaking and I'm in love forevermore. I swear, this Sirius is just... amazing. He's exactly the way I've pictured him. It's incredibly realistic and just so bitterly perfect that... yeah. This is the reason I love Sirius. And pairing him with Alice... they are beyond perfect together. Period. Forget Frank, SIRIALICE all the way! *hearts* Their chemistry is gorgeous, I can't wait to get farther into the narrative.

One last thing (more squeeing about Sirius *adores*) - “I reckon it’s deeper than a detoxifying draught, Wormtail. No, it looks like Sirius is…” He took a deep breath and stepped back, a proud glint in his eyes. “Happy?”

Sirius grimaced and shrugged his shoulders. Black and happy rarely, if ever, coincided. And it wasn’t happy, it was intrigued. He was intrigued. And he remained silent.

That line just sealed the deal for me.

Okay, summary: you are spectacular, I don't deserve to have this dedicated to me, the fic (particularly characterization) is stunning, and I am officially a Sirialice fangirl. ^_^ Ten out of ten, naturally, and a place on my ever-growing favorites list! *adores* *squees loudly*

I think you're a trollop for not mentioning this before you posted it.

I'm at work and have like .20 seconds to leave this review. SO: I love it (no surprise there) and can't WAIT for updates.

Your work is as impressive as ever, Count Prudley.
