Good but I don't think this will work for HP. For starter's..don't her cousins go there?
And it sounds as if you got a lot of the line's from the book. I don't really remember the exact line's but it sounds very familiar.
Other then that its good. Sorry to be a nag but that's just how I feel.

Oh my. I remember reading this story a couple years ago. It was def a great book. I fell in love with the lead guy. lol I'm not sure how this is gonna work as a HP fic but its def worth the read.
BTW: one of the first lines is someone named Abby. Isn't that her sister from the book? I think you meant to put Hugo there.

Very very interesting. I adore the idea you have here. Usually the first chapter is your desicion if you like the story or not, and you defiantly made me like it. I am really exivted to read about what happens next. 10/10 (a few spelling errors and missing letters) but ill give ya 10 anyway ;P
