A good one shotter. You do a really great job of portraying the pain of losing a love one.

Author's Response: Aw, thank you so much! That means a lot that you think that!

Review #2, by Lily Potter2 The Show Must Go On

26th December 2007:
aww, loved it. I love Fred and thought that you came up with a really good title, wish I could. It was so cute and totally agree with the random OCs thing. 10/10

Author's Response: Again, thanks so much for the review and the 10! And I actually came up with the title before I wrote a word of it, which is really odd, because usually it's easier to come up with a good title after you've written something, y'know? Like, most of my chapters in The Lost Adventures I don't name till after they've already been written, revised, and rewritten, unless it's some kind of no-brainer title like "Halloween." But yeah, I was thinking depressed thoughts after JK killed Fred and that phrase kept rolling through my brain, so I did something with it. And about the random OCs, well, I feel bad saying it because it makes me feel like a hypocrite, but I really do hate reading fanfics where it's basically a Canon/Fangirl pairing, y'know? Some fangirl just adds a character who is basically her or who she wishes she was and writes some love story about her falling in love with whatever character she's obsessed with. But I say that, and then I feel like a hypocrite because I do the same thing. I don't post it, though; I do it for fun. But I still feel really bad about shutting down people who do that, because fanfic is about being a fan, after all. And even Belle from Lost Adventures is sort of like that, even though she's not the spitting image of me and she's not falling in love with the character(s) I'm obsessed with, and that just makes me feel even worse saying that I hate "Fangirly Fanfic." So, it's a controversial issue, at least in my own head. And would you look at the size of that rant! Well, thanks for the review and the 10, anyway. Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year.

OMG I practically cried (I never really cry at stories but that's the closest I've been!) It's so sad - I wish JKR had never killed Fred off! But that is one of the best stories I've read on this site!

Author's Response: Thanks again! I totally know what you mean: the twins were so awesome, they didn't deserve all the abuse they got in Book 7. And thanks for not crying: a bunch of people on this other website I posted this on did, and I got a little freaked. I was like, "Oh no! Causing depression! Make it stop!" LoL.

that was amazing. i love the twins i'm so happy someone is actually writing about them. that was really wonderful. i can't even think of better words to describe it.

Author's Response: Hey, thanks! The twins are great characters, they deserve some fanfic that's not completely dripping in fangirl dreams (them falling in love with random OCs, in other words.)
