Excellent first chapter and response to my challenge! I really like the explanation of Lucius's cold behavior and the timid behavior from Draco regarding being knocked out was dead on! A couple times in there, though, you said things like "Malfoy's" there shouldn't be a ' there. I like how you added the fact that they didn't fight for the Order of the Pheonix, because the chances of that are slim. This was a brilliant chapter, and very realistic. Great job, I can't wait to see what happens next!

I really like how you started this...I am definetly interested in what happens with the Malfoys right after the fall of Voldemort and beyond. I can't wait to read more so update as soon as you have the time!! =)

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm sure plenty of people are, they were so neglected after the Final Battle...Draco barely was mentioned in the Epilogue. They deserve to have stories on what happened. I'll try and write soon but I also have other stories going...Soon though!
