I liked the story, I like Kreacher, the side of the elves in believing their place in the world is shown here. Not that I believe people have a "place", but that people own beliefs should be honored.

Author's Response: Thank you. It's important to give value to someone's beliefs; especially when they are so important to the person that you love and respect. Even if you don't agree personally (look at arguments over burial vs. cremation), that doesn't mean that you shouldn't respect the deceased's wishes. So sweet to have Kreacher and Winky marry!!! And to have a baby Dobby!! Since I don't know anything about elf's ... reproduction... I will agree with you that, no matter how old, Kreatcher could still preocreate!
It was a nice conclusion to the story of this (afterall) beloved character, I liked it a lot.

Awe, that was so sweet. I always hoped that Harry would keep Kreacher, as he had redeemed himself, by treating Harry with respect. Kreacher, and the other elves fighting in the War, without being ordered was an Outstanding surprise. this was a really nice piece that is appreciated. thank you for your explanation of what happened when Yaxley followed the trio back from the Ministry. I'm surprised that the DE's didn't tear Grimmauld Place apart.

Very nice fic, well done. The first couple of sections of dialogue may need a bit of work though, they read a bit, stilted. In other words, they don't seem natural. I can't imagine Harry saying, "I must say Kreacher..." (that sounds like Ernie, not Harry!).

Otherwise I liked this very much and it is. It is an interesting idea well executed.

AW! That was really nice! I had completely forgotten about Kreature by the end of the Deathly Hallows (too much was going on!) Anyway it was nice to read your story of what happened to him!
