Nice job! This beginning sounds great, it sets up everything nicely. The only thing I would be careful about is to make Regulus as easy to sympathize with as Sirius, who felt a little more 3D in this chapter. I like the portrayal of the Black family very much, especially how the parents treat their two sons and how they treat each other. Good work. :)
