I really like this story because you have got the emotions just right. I am worried about Ginny though, will she snap out of her depression now that she's not waiting for Harry Potter, will she take her own life or will she continue to live in depression, avoiding human company. I think she needs a pet/baby. Someone that she has to look after, in order to keep her going.

Author's Response: I'm glad your so concerned about her. :) I'm not writing a sequel, but theoretically she goes back to live with her family, and then slowly gets less depressed, living for them instead of for herself, and putting on the whole "I'm fine," thing, and then maybe someday she'll be wholly happy again. No suicide. Was instructed against it in challenge, and even now, I am going to say that she WILL NOT kill herself. Ever. Ever. Ever. She'll die some sort of death not by her own choice. Like....old age. Yeah.

Oh my God! That was so extremely sad! And it didn’t help much that I was listening to the most depressing song in the world when I read it… I even cried! *Sigh*… It was so beautiful. And the ending line was probably it, it was more tears than last time I saw Titanic :P I really, truly loved this fic. You explained so alive how hollow Ginny feels, and I don’t think I’ve ever read such a brilliant description. Wow… RATING: 10.
