First off, I want to say that I like the format of this story. I like that you wrote it almost as if he's sitting in the room talking to any and all readers who stop by to hear his tale. I like his little comments and personal flares.
My main problems were with the plot-holes. It seemed to me that you rather dodged the issue of his escape from Bellatrix et all because you weren't sure how to make it happen. Forgive me if I'm wrong, that's just the impression I got. Nothing wrong with not knowing exactly how every part of a story should play out! :)
My only other thought was that there was a sort of a present-past tense issue near the end. We went from "I know that within the next five minutes I’ll hear her voice calling everyone for food." to this: "But in the next second, something happened that I didn’t expect. There was a knock on my door and a red headed girl poking her head in..."
That transition sounds really awkward. Before the story was narrated as though Draco is here with the reader now, telling us in story-form. But then we switch to say that Ginny came into the room and it completely alters the feel of the narration. I hope that makes sense.

Anyway, I found it a rather enjoyable read. Good work and keep it up!
