Absolutely brilliant story; very detailed and cleverly thought out. Well done for creating atmosphere, which I find pretty hard when its of death and darkness.
Very sad! Almost crying at the end. Poor man.

Author's Response: Thank you. I'm quite happy with how this story turned out but I'm struggling with the sequel. I think I'm trying to put too much into it and making it overly complicated... Thanks again for the review, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
