It was kind of weird, but not bad. You over use exclamation marks and it might be better if you added more description. Also, in McGonagall's (sp) letter I think you meant "informed" not "unformed". Also when you said "Miss. Wheasly" it's "Ms. Weasly". It's an good story though, really original :) Sorry if I sounded harsh, but I'm trying to help.
