This story gets more and more interesting with time. I am astounded by the plot, and elated that we finally know what she's attempting to brew. You did a fantastic job of making the chapter flow, and I absolutely loved everything about this chapter. The fight between Hermione and Draco was wonderful, they have such a great chemistry!! I loved all of your writings from text books, your very creative. All in all another great chapter and I am waiting impatiently to see what is going to happen next.

Author's Response: I like writing excerpts from other made up literature, because you can put your own little quirks into it. Every time J.K. puts something into the series from Witch Weekly or the Daily Prophet, it makes me wish I had a copy to flip through myself. Woot metric. This summer when I went to the states I had no idea how long a mile was I had to ask my friends if they knew how long that was in a kilometere. But anyways I love this story. Normally i'm just not a dramione person. I can't stand the way the ship is shown, and it's horrbile normally. But this story is amazing. Anyways I love this story and is going into favorites now! What a great story...so far, at least ;)
Let's see, a couple of points in terms of review...

~I like how you've referred back to the canon to support your story, such as when describing Hermione's, erm, "mental limits"--which, I might add, are quite similar to mine...

~When changing Malfoy's character to suit your story, it didn't sound, em, "fanficky" like many others. I guess what I mean is, Malfoy wasn't completely unbelievable, because you gave an explanation that actually made sense...He had changed since his father went to jail...Harry and Ron obviously don't have the sense to notice it...Being slightly isolated with his own room as Head Boy, his new attitude would be less noticeable to others...etc, etc.

All in all, I think you're a strong writer (do you do well in English class? =D ) and I'm really enjoying your fanfiction :D. I think it would be an 11 out of 10...

I always like to research books 1-5, looking for ways to support what I've said and to make sure I'm not stepping on JKR's toes to have something go my way. Thank you for taking the time to notice that. As for the last part, I've deserted English class, most likely forever. Other than my fanfics (which I've only recently gotten into writing) the only writing I do is chem lab reports. That whole "love of chemistry" thing, yeah that's all me and I absolutely wish I could make Potions myself. Enough blather from the author though. Cheers!

I absolutely loved this chapter, it was amazing. I love the chemistry between Draco and Hermione, it's so easy to see how they could let themselves fall into something more than friendship. As for Hermione's scene with the spider, one of the most geniunely funny things I have read on this site. I could say that about all your chapters, you have amazing talent and I am eager to see more!

i really like this piece....you're so true to all the characters...especially at the beginning when hermione's talking to herself...keep writing...i want to know who the potion's for!! i also like your attention to grammar and punctuation, i'm kind of a freak for that stuff (wouldn't tell from this review, but trust me) i'm kind of begging, but could you read my hpff? i want reviews, and haven't many....probably cause its not so good, but if you could give me your oppinion? thanks, this was really good!

I've never thought of that before, of how Americans use different measurements and stuff than say England or Canada. Actually, I wasn't sure what England used really, I just assumed it was the same standards that Canada used. It's an interesting concept to think about, of how many people this book influences.

But anyways . . .great story. I'm really getting into it. The anticipation is killing me. Malfoy is being so nice to Hermione, I'm just waiting for "something" to happen between them. That was so sweet of him with her shoes!! *sigh* Do you think you could drop a hint of when that "something" might happen???
