Wow, it's really good.

The only thing I found a bit odd was the fact that they were dealing with muggle drugs instead of some black market wizard items.

I really like it though.

The drug part is a bit odd, but it ties in to the potions theme of the story. You later find out that drugs played a part in Snape's proficiency in potions when he was younger. I remember reading something about the mafia dealing drugs to black kids because they were racist and wanted to make the money, and it seemed like a perfect thing for the muggle-hating Lucius to do.
