I like your idea for the story, it's cute. You don't need to space the writing like that, it can get a bit confusing, though. And when- before closing the quotation marks- you have to put a period or a comma, depending on whether they do an action or you describe how they're talking.
The beginning was a bit vague, and I think more detail would have added to the story. Harry seems a bit OoC, especially when he yells when Ginny says he's better at snogging. There, Ginny wasn't mad at Ron, but I would think she would be. They are all a bit OoC, but with a little bit of change, they would be fine.
Ha, 'Potter OUT!!'? I would have never heard that- nice.
More detail and make sure the characters are in character.

I liked this, it made me laugh. Thought the spacing was a bit weird at first but got used to it and it was easy to read! Anyway I thought it was really in character and a really nice simple idea. Shame we didn't get to hear more about Hermione and Ron actually getting together but other than that, fab!
