Wow. This story is incredible! I wondered at first who the narrator was, but once I figured it out from your clues, it made the story all the more powerful and full of emotion. He sees Snape almost as a son in some ways and the parts when Snape came to him for advice were so beautifully written. The end was quite heartbreaking, but I love how you did it, since that's what I hope was true about that scene in HBP. Your writing style is fantastic and your use of language amazing. All in all, this would get more than a 10/10 if I could give it, but alas, I'm stuck with giving just 10. ;-)
