Well, for a story written pre-DH, this was really very good!
Let me tell you about my one issue with this first: The spacing. Adding a space between lines of dialogue really makes it ten times easier to read ;)
Other than that, I think it's a great story! You really captured Harry's character, and I thought this was realistic in every way. I could definitely see this being Harry's thought process, and I like that you included Hagrid. Overall, it was a really good job!
