I loved this chapter so much. It Carlotta and Ginny finally met her. And Lily's friends have met her now, too. :D

Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! :)

I had an issue with a sentence. You've indicated that magical elements and muggle elements are different. I'm not sure if you meant something else by the word "element", instead of referring to the elements of the periodic table, which are universal.

If you were indicating that the magical world has different elements, I'd love to see you explain it. I can't quite wrap my head around it, seeing as how both the universes are one and the same...

I guess I'll read ahead and see :)

Author's Response: So I've just read over this chapter again ... and I don't actually know what I meant by that part! I wrote this chapter a good few years ago now. I THINK what I was trying to get at was that while in chemistry you have the periodic table, and all the elements within that with their own characteristics, the wizarding world doesn't seem to know about them at all; they seem to have a totally different way of using materials. I mean, they can Conjure up pretty much anything, they don't need to know about atomic construction etc etc. I THINK that's where I was headed with this! Thanks for reviewing :)

This chapter was absolutely amazing! I loved all of the surprise visits and how everything turned out in the end. I liked that Ginny was supportive of James and lily and that really shows just how great of a mother she is. I thought it was really nice to see how different people are after finding out about magic and getting used to it. I can also tell that I'm starting to get close to a quidditch match chapter and I'm super excited for it. I think that you have done a wonderful job setting up this story and getting me really excited to be able to come home and relax and read your story. Unfortunately it's time to go back to work but I love this story and can't wait to read more!

Author's Response: I think I must have been on the sherbets when writing this chapter! It's a crazy one, I still love coming back to it now. :) Ginny is TOTALLY supportive mother, which makes up for Harry's apparent lack of it. It's reassuring to know you enjoyed the set up because sometimes, when my eyes are popping out at the huge number of chapters this story has, I wonder if things took too long to get going. But there's not really anything I'd chop, so I don't think there's a major need to worry. Thanks for reviewing!

Review #4, by Penelope Inkwell

Ooooh. What prophecy do they speak of? That's intriguing.

This whole bit in the kitchen is Hil-arious! The singing teapot (good work with the songs, by the way! Changing them all from Celestina ones), and the dancing milk jug. And Lily and Maddie and Kit. And Ginny--"Oh, it was Rosalind? Why didn't you say?" That's so her.

Loved it!

Author's Response: Oh, this chapter. I must have drank too much tea the day I wrote it. The prophecy in question is of course The Prophecy, James not being too fond of the idea of explaining everything to Carlotta in one hit. Or at least that's his excuse. Ginny always did have a mischievous side, I don't think that would diminish over time. Thanks for reviewing :)

i LOVE this chapter! lolll
i mean, nothing really seirous happened except for ginny meeting carlotta and all that
but i loved this! :D
and james's jealousy towards cato bagman and how all the girls love him xD its so cute to watch hiim like that actually haha
i like this chapter haha
its like, full of chaos because of everyone whose there but at the same time, its like so relaxed and everything (:
and rosalind! green hair! LOL hilarious xD
its funny how when ginny found out it was rosalind she immediately drops the angry at lily act because rosalind is a stupid sodding bint xD

anyways, i love this chapter haha
i cant wait for the next one (:

Author's Response: The first Quidditch match was meant to be in this chapter. But everyone got a bit carried away! But yeah, it IS one of those chapters where not much happens but there's a fair bit of interaction, including the Ginny/Carlotta introduction which was good fun!

James is indeed very upset that someone else is getting the female attention instead of him. He's not used to it, so it upsets him, bless him.

Ginny is the kind of person who would very much still have a mischievous side after all these years. So yes, she's angry that her daughter's broken the Statute ... but Rosalind got what she deserved so it's all fine. Thanks for reviewing!
