Honestly i think Fleur is one of my least favorite characters in the series but you did a godd job with portraying her and might just change my mind...now off to the next chapter

Until I started reading the HPFF collaboration, I'd always kinda disliked Fleur. However, these pieces really bring to light her motivations and lovability, and as such have really helped me see her in a new light. I particularly like how she tries to send Ginny back because of how much she would hate to have her own sister in said position - as ever, she is considered to be interfering by Ginny, yet with her thoughts as well as her actions available, it suddenly becomes loving rather than meddling. Really nice.

The final section though, and particularly Cho's line, is easily my favourite bit - this is just a really clever little twist to add, and gives a whole new dimension to the piece.

Great stuff!

I felt quite a bit of sympathy for Fleur, especially in the beginning. The way she's thinking about how people never see past her looks is really rather sad. But you've captured her spirit and character very well here, and I liked the little bit of French that was thrown in. The part where the girl says "She hates me, too" was funny; was it Cho? I especially loved the line at the very end how there was nothing to fear if she'd survived that long with the Weasleys. Too true! ;]

I liked this a lot, every character was great along with the plot and description. Good work! :)

I don't much know about this one. At first, I really liked how she was. It was like the real Fleur and not just the lump sterotype she'd become, but the moment that Ron and Hermione showed up, it was back to the 'ere and iz and it was like she was back to her attitude from book 4 rather than 7. Plus, her and Ginny weren't that hostile. --Jenna
