I completely stumbled upon this little gem and became so engrossed in the story, that I kept reading and almost forgot to review. My apologies.
I absolutely love this story! It's fun with splashes of reality.
I plan to follow this story to its completion =)
I'm glad you aren't afraid to describe intense scenes, as it brings you into what it's really like to be in a situation of this sort. I myself have scenes of the same nature. I'm just waiting to have them validated.

I think that you needed that filler to make Hermione and Ginny believable friends. I do the same with my own little story project.
It reads easily and I felt like I was watching them interact.
I myself have Ginny behave in the same rational manner, keeping Harry in check ;)

Author's Response: Yeah, I used to be in the ron-hating club a few years back, but then I realised that was kinda silly, so I tried to make it as civilised a breakup as I could. I could see Hermione wanting to be the best and Ron as being really complacent, so... yeah, haha :) I'm glad it's all coming off as reasonably plausible so far!

LOVE where it is headed! =)

*spoiler* I did the same thing to Draco and Hermione. Drinking is the way to go in order for those two to relax enough. Excellent!

I am very excited to keep reading =) I like your style very much. What I like the most is how you keep them in original character (much more fun to read) while allowing them to mature and it feels like the story continues!
