GHAH. Cliff Hanger - you know i love these in books, until there are no chapters after it :P/ Great story so far. I love how you jsut kept witht hte book, except Hermione of course. Can't wait to see what goes on next. this is such a cool thing. Also wonder what Draco iis hiding? Did Harry and Ron get caught?

Yes, I love my cliffhangers, and I'm really hoping to get back into updating this regularly now that I have a lot more time on my hands, hopefully trying to wrap up a lot of my WIPs within the next year or so!

I really wanted to do something a little different and show an alternate type universe situation I guess, I suppose it could be called that, and I think a major part of that was sticking to canon in a way, while still be separate from it, and I'm really hoping it works - because I was trying to find an excuse to make Dramione believable in a different way. :)

oh my goodness, loving the story line. Such a great thing and can't wait to see what happens between Neville and Hannah (though i knowthey wind up together), plus fred and Verity, as well as Lavender and Seamus and Pavarti and Dean. Can't wait til the hogsmede trip and to hear more on the story.

this was so sad. I am crying trough it all and i cant seem to help but remember losing my friend even though i wasn't able to be there with him at the end. THank you for writing this sad but true in some ways story. I don't know that i could ever write enough about my appreciation and love for this. thank you so much.

THis story is breaking my heart. I konw jsut how Hermione feels - my best freinds battled non hodkins lukemia for a few years then died when i was in the 10th grade. Its so sad for someone to go through it, but i think it leads to a perfect story and it shows people what those with cancer go through as well as those close to them.

Author's Response: Let me just say I am so sorry for your loss. I have a 12 year old son who has a brain tumor, we've been dealing with that since he was 7. He's great now, the tumor is shrunk and no longer growing, they keep an eye on it though since it's inoperable, but that's where I got my cancer story. I hope this story won't hurt, but I did want to show how beautifully someone can battle the evil that cancer is, whether they live or die their spirit remains beautiful.
