oh... condolences. I myself also lost a few family members this year. my Grandpa died during the first half of the year, then, a few days after Christmas, my uncle died as well. :(

no offence, but this story is somehow dull. come on! when's the fireworks? as much as your ideas are bloody brilliant this story somehow lacks something. a little bit more drama and a dash of romance wouldn't hurt. I would suggest you making Draco and Hermione fall for each other or maybe Draco turning into her knight in shining armor. make him care for her, even just by a tiny bit. I would really appreciate it if you did.
