Review #1, by NikeMy Not-So-Imaginary Fiend: XIII: Knowledge is Power

22nd January 2014:
I read all through 'My Not-So-Imaginary Friend' without once remembering to review. This shall now be rectified: I Just wanted to let you know that I have really enjoyed reading both 'My Not-So-Imaginary Friend' and this the sequel.
I think your story line is very original and I like how very different you have made the characters of Sally-Anne and Marta, depending very much on how Benjamin has treated them.
I love your stories :) *Thumbs up*

Review #2, by NikeOut of Time: Finding Time Again

22nd January 2014:
Just wanted to let you know that I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story.
Your characters are very original. You breathed new life into the characters of Alastor Moody and Lily Potter for me.
Lovely plot, you kept me guessing till the end :)

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm very pleased to hear that you enjoyed this story, and that you liked how the characters were portrayed. They are different from any way I've written them before, as well as from what I've read in other stories, which is always a risk in fanfiction.

It's also excellent that the plot kept you guessing. When writing it, I worried that it would be too obvious, but that's the trouble of being the one to create the twists - you never know whether they'll work.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read and review this story! I really appreciate hearing from you!

Review #3, by NikeThe story of us: Quidditch and Unicorns

18th January 2014:
This story is thoroughly enjoyable, easy to read and I am enjoying reading it a lot :) *thumbs up*

I think Grace often comes across as seeming more confident to people than she really feels inside (I presume most people do :p) - but I am really hoping that, throughout the story she does gain some more confidence in herself.

I like your portrayal of James' character, that he is trying to live up to how other people think he should be and what other people think he should like. There are so many James II stories where he has this really cliched 'JamesI-reincarnated' character, so I like that you're saying that it's really just this image he feels like he has to live up to.
I'm looking forward to seeing what he's really like when he's not faking. I feel like we get to see it occasionally when he's with Grace. I like it ;).

I also REALLY like how you've taken this Rivers-family and incorporated them into a whole bunch of your other fics. I like the idea of getting to know each of the siblings better.

I know this may not fit so well into this particular fic, but I'm also getting quite curious about Lily's character. Here the main glimpses we get of her personality is her distaste for James, that she is fond of her twin and that she is smart, but I don't feel like I actually know her as well as I know some of the other characters. I don't know, maybe that's just me :p

All in all, thoroughly enjoying the story. I'm looking forward to seeing how this progresses :)

Author's Response: Thank you, when I started writing the River's children, I never actually expected to reuse them, but it makes it possible to go into so much more character development to reuse the characters in several different stories, even if the focus is different in them.

Review #4, by NikeI Specialise in Murders: Sacrifice for What Greater Good.

18th January 2014:
I'm really loving your story :D - I love mystery and I love the idea that its all linked with Cluedo (btw I love that game).

I really like how you're written Lucy. Her character in other stories I have read has often come across to me as being quite superfluous, just there to further illustrate the fact that they have such a large extended family. You have really made her come to life for me, and in her own right.
I also like that you have really given her a relationship with her cousins, i.e. Albus is concerned when Scorpius starts asking about her shop. I'm looking forward to see where you take that, things like: do we get to see the relationship between her and her sister, what is her relationship with her parents etc.
Also, so far Lucy has come across to me as quite an isolated person, but isolated by her own choice, so I'm looking forward to getting to know her beyond her shop as well - is that just the way she is, what friends other than her cousins does she actually have?
Also, I presume you're soon going to have Scorpius/Milly interview some of the Rosiers? I'm looking forward to see how you handle that considering Scorpius must know the Rosiers to some degree.

Overall, really enjoying it so far. Love the plot idea. I think you're writing it at a good pace and your character development is good. I also think your style of writing is really pleasant to read.

Keep up the good work :)

Author's Response: Thank you so much. :D Not to worry, there will be a scene with Molly! I'm just trying to figure out where to slot it in between all the other action...
