Well done. The ending was sad, but I understand that it had to be that way. The exchange with Tonks was wonderful. I loved how you stayed true to JKR despite the shipping.

The ending was fantastic: "Sirius was how he was always supposed to be... Free." Brilliant.

Author's Response: Thank you very much! I try to write realistic Alternate universe-it's kind of a contradiction, but I like it. I love JKR's universe, but I like to play around with it a bit. If they still seem in character and everything, I guess I have done my job. :-)

Yeah, it had to be a sad ending. Unfortunately, it's kind of hard to write about that period in their lives without some sadness, unless you just take a little sliver.

I really, really liked this. The format of the five promises is really interesting. It was like watching flashback clips from a movie. The final one was particularly heart-wrenching. Great job.

Gah! It sucks that there wasn't a happy ending! I thought there would be since Sirius told Remus that he loved him. :(

Anyway, I thought this was great. I'm not a big fan of the thoughts in () but it didn't take too much from the story. Overall, great job.

Wow... This was beautifully tragic. I loved the end when Remus fought his feelings when he said Go but he wanted him to stay. Simply beautiful.

Yes, this is smut, but it's still great. The comedy is spot on, and I was laughing out loud so many times. It's not so much about the sex as it is about the relationship between Remus and Sirius.
