This concept is not cannon but the way you present it makes it seem appealing.
And of course, Sirius is an idiot in your story, which makes it more laughable.

I'm starting to like this Aimee character, she's really spunky and willing to make Victoire get up. The getting fired thing was predictable after the line she told her boss. The kicking Teddy in the groin, not so predictable...
Are we ever going to find out why she left England? (We know it's because of Teddy, but more details...?)

So I've never read any of your other stories, but I'm liking this one so far. Victoire seems really down to earth and simple despite her heritage. I love that you were able to balance the Veela in her with her better qualities.
