Don't worry, Natasha will stand up to her mum soon enough, but it's really a matter of whether her mum will back down.. which will be much harder for her mum to do. She'll get to Hogwarts soon enough though (hopefully).

Author's Response: I originally wanted Patrick to be a nice and sweet guy, but then that would be no fun. I wanted to get rid of either Patrick or Emily, but as I continued to write Emily I liked her more and more so I turned Patrick into a jerk in order to save Emily. Now that Emily knows the truth you will be seeing more of her, which makes me happy and I hope it makes you happy too!
