Im so glad Clem is going to get help. I really like her character. I'd hate to see her gone. Lucy on the other hand, I don't see how she is going to win her battle. Just how long is Scorpius going to deal with a depressing girl friend. A guy can seriously take so much.

Newbies! lol I was wondering if you were around the year they decided to do away with all the usual characters and only ship one girl, who at the time only had one story. The link took you to a whole new website. Thought that was a good one. Then the year that if you tried to get onto the site it showed a picture of Fred and George. Read a lot on SIYE that day, lol Think that was when I found stories by Melinda Leo on Phoenixsong Ultimate premeditated writer of the final book of the potter series, so close to the real one, yet written way before Rowlings, the 7th horecrux I believe it was called. if you haven't read it yet, please do, it's unreal.
Back to this story, Im rambling...
Rose has an amazing memory. She is in the perfect line of work. Scorpius, the poor guy, I can't wait to find out his back story. That's not enough sleep to live on. why so worried?
I really enjoyed reading this chapter. You write, and I feel involved. Loved it!

Author's Response: I came across the site from a random google search when I was looking up pics of Ron/Hermione in like my freashmen year of highschool, so that would have been around 2007/2008. Although my mother was a total hippy and I didn't have internet all through school so I never could get on as much as I'd like, it wasn't until my dad gave me a smart phone to spite my mother that I truly became obsessed so the first prank that I got tricked on was the kid proof.
I'm hopping to actually read more this summer, although if you are looking for a good Scor/Rose read check out The Other Women by Irishmyth, that one is outstanding, even though its not complete she has this blog where you can ask her and the characters questions and it is so cool. Another good Ron/Hermione/Draco love triangle is called Regretfully Yours by SpringTime, which I was obsessed with and she updated every sunday I followed her through two pregnancies which she left a/n about and two novels one of which is a sequel to RY and is Scor/Rose and it's called Oh, The tragedy of it All. Anyways now i'm rambeling.
I'm so glad that you enjoyed the chapter yeah I have been in a serious debate with myself about how and when Scorpius backstory will be revealed, also I have one for Rose which I'm "Planning" to reveal in chapter 9. Planning being the key word there. Scorpius will be a little bit later but (and this is entierly my opinon) it will be so juicy and awesome along with the current plot points that will be going on at the time, I am crazy excited about it Just thinking about it is giving me Big Evil Smiley Face!

Loved this chapter! Seems Hermione already has chosen a side if there is a side to be had. She called Scorpius handsome :) I hope Scorpius makes a good impression on Ron. Rose needs a good start to her future relationship, or if they ever get married, Ron may need to be sedated. lol See you next chapter!

Oh, my goodness! I'm sure Rose just got traumatized. She just skimmed through a very personal possession of Scorpius's. She found out about a girl that has never even been mentioned before in their whole friendship so far, why... even that afternoon Scorpius had his hand on her thigh, was kissing her in places that made her shiver. If he was so worried about the other girl, what made him cross the line with that relationship? Can she even trust him? Maybe she should play a little hard to get? Though if she started doing that, I'm sure Scorpius would demand an explanation at some point. What does Rose say? I read your journal, who is Danielle? Scorpius wouldn't be able to trust her either. I wonder if Scorpius left the Journal out for Rose to find, so he wouldn't have to tell her about the other girl himself? Boy, the next chapter is going to really be something. Scorpius has some decisions to make. He's getting awfully close to Rose for this to be a friendly vacation. After vacation, it's back to school, it's not like he is never going to see her again. Time to put up or shut up soon Scorpy.
Great chapter, loved it when Ron licked the cup and put it in the dish water. I know someone who would do that. Same guy that when he was putting away a stack of plates, got really mad at his wife and dropped them, they all shattered on the floor, he looked up into her faced and said... dishes are done. They both laughed.

Wow Tom, I think I enjoyed this chapter even more than the last. I can immagine all those butcher shops. We have a street here with a little famousness attached to it. Word is that it was in Guiness twice. Once for having the most stop lights and another for having the most bars! lol Sounds about right for a lumber city. It's Oliver Street in North Tonawanda New York. and pretty much runs through the middle of the city. It's where I grew up and where I just moved back to.

Author's Response: Hi Patty, thats interesting I'll have to have a look at that on Google earth. It sounds a bit like York used to be, it was reputed to have enough bars within it's City walls so you could visit a different one each day of the year except Sunday's without visiting the same one twice. In the same area it was said there were enough churches so you could go to a different one each Sunday too. I guess there were a lot of religious drunks in the city then. These day's closures of both mean it is no longer true.

wow, to convict an innocent man like that?Thing I wonder about is fate. If someone is seen to die, doesn't that set it in stone? Just because one man is out of the equation, wont that mean another must take his place? If Dom is set to die she will. Have to de-bunk the seer. Even Harry had to die.

I loved it! I feared for Scorpius every time he opened his mouth. The tea cup was a great dramatic gesture. Haven't read a Rose that threw things as of yet, this is a first. Usually you find a Rose that talks too much when she is angry. I like your Rose. I hope you do something more with her in the future when your done with this challange.

Yeah, it's kind of funny because he doesn't really seem to be afraid of what she'll do. I mean, even when she throws the teacup he doesn't seem to be fazed lol. And I am glad that you like her haha, I was trying to take a different than usual approach to both Rose AND Scorpius...

Annnddd this is currently listed as a short story but it may end up being longer than that, we'll just have to see ;) But there will definitely be more than 2 or 3 chapters. It may be closer to 10 chapters unless I decide to make it longer :D
