Review #1, by Kel LongbottomEleven Years Later: The Bookworm's Dilemma

5th August 2007:
Oh, that last line is perfect. I like how you've matured Ron. And I like how you've stuck with the orginal pairings of couples. Other fanfiction is interesting with all the tangledweb relationships, but your writing really seems to capture the heart and the love story of the books.

Author's Response: Oh my goodness, I just melted a bit.

You've managed to cut right to the heart of who I am and what I stand for.

I am seriously going to cry.

You know Kel, I had this really long rant about how Harry Potter is a story about love and friendship that can withstand every test that gets thrown at it, and how I can't stand it when authors ignore (or mutilate) these very basic principles upon which the series relies. But I can't post it... I just can't. It's... *sigh* there go the tears.

Just know that you have moved me tonight Kel.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Review #2, by Kel LongbottomEleven Years Later: The Chocolate Cure

5th August 2007:
I really like Neville the adult! You did a great job combining all the different aspects of his character from the books, and still make them seem probable as an adult. Neville is a favorite of mine, and I enjoy reading how other imagine him as an adult... do we get to read more about Neville/Luna/Dean combo? That sounds interesting! Great story, out of all the stories on this site, this onerings the most true for me.

Author's Response: I do hope there's more to the Neville/Luna/Dean combination, as I haven't figured out PRECISELY what I want to have happen with it. I do have a few ideas though. I too am a huge Neville fan, and the fact that you like what I did with him really makes me feel good. So thanks!

Also, the fact that you find this story true to life (or to the books, you didn't say which) is a tremendous compliment, no matter which way you meant it :)

Thanks again, Kel!

Review #3, by Kel LongbottomNever Meant To Be: Never Meant To Be

3rd August 2007:
oh it's so sad... who does ginny marry? just a couple typo's, but very nice story.

Author's Response: I never said who exactly Ginny was married to, and that was in part because I never decided.

Things did not work out between her and Harry and, determined to feel loved, she ran off and found somebody else. She did of course regret it, and it wasnt the happiest of marraiges.

I am pretty certain he was not a canon character. He was a stuck up Ministry Official who hardly even noticed her. At the time she had thought that they could grow to love each other, but he was much more in love with himself and his position, that he never really cared for her.

Which is very unfortunate for Ginny, but for the purpose of this story I had to have her safely out of the way and firmly attatched to somebody else.

I'll try to go back and fix the typos soon. Thanks for reading and reviewing.

Review #4, by Kel LongbottomSweet Poison: Sweet Poison

3rd August 2007:
Interesting twist, it's told very sweetly. Though I hadn't thought of the plot like this, you make it very plausible. Nice work, Kel
