neville's an auror... draco's an outcast... me likes the look of things! A story without Harry? Interesting. Hermione seemes a bit out-of-character and it was sort of uncertain that Hermione/Draco connection (that she testified for him). The idea is great. You just have to take advantage of it well.
I liked the part when Neville reminded Draco of himself.
