Review #26, by ShieldPatronus

I know this wasn't your greatest chapter, but I still thought that it was very beautiful. I am glad that you remembered that life isn't full of action packed 'chapters' all the time; you did a nice job of describing the day to day life even if it is not as exciting.

I was really glad that Hermione and Ron were back together. It was really nice how they both had realized what they had each been doing that was the driving the two of them apart.

The part with Percy was touching. I think that it was cute how Ginny comforted that nagging guilt that had been in Percy's heart for so long.

This chapter was great. It definitely tied up some loose ends and continued to add depth to the story... Amazing work!

Author's Response: I'm so happy to hear that you liked the chapter so much! You're right, there can't always be action and drama; I wouldn't have found my own story believable if they had constantly been battling against some form of evil..

As for Ron and Hermione, they may have issues, but I think that they're too strong to be broken up by something that is really quite silly, when you think about it. I'm glad you seem to agree ;)

I'm so glad that you liked the part with Percy! I struggled a lot when writing it, but it's so nice to hear that you enjoyed the outcome.

Again, thank you so much for your kind comments! It really means the world to me!!

1. Thank you for making Draco be a better person! I still hold a slight grudge to him, but I wanted to forgive him.
2. I was crying by the end. Percy was an asshole, but he did redeem himself. this proved that he had feelings too...

Author's Response: My feelings towards Draco are so complex! In a way, I hold a grudge just like you, but in a way, I also want him to make amends and change for the better... hm...

Percy definitely had feelings! He made a terrible mistake, but he definitely paid for it. I mean, imagine not being with your family, and then, just after you've reunited with them, one of them dies... I'm glad you could see this side of Percy too.

Thank you so much for reading and reviewing!

Review #29, by TxGinny

I loved it! I'm so glad Draco was being such a good guy, but I still don't trust him. I thought that the little Percy/Ginny moment was so sweet! I had always wondered if Percy felt he should have died. BTW, I am the same reviewer known as R, but now I'm TxGinny. I finally got an account just to add this story to my favorites! So thanks for the inspiration. I didn't want you to think R stopped reviewing this awesome story!!!

Author's Response: I'm glad that you're sticking with the story, and that you actually created an account to be able to keep up with it! That's amazing. I also can't even begin to explain how happy I am that you like the story so much!!

Yep, Draco is complicated like that... and I always imagined Percy feeling this way. I think I would have, if I had been in his shoes. But it's so sad that he thought it, even for a second!! It's so great to hear that you liked that moment with him and Ginny though. Thank you so much for reading and reviewing!

marauder5,
I am very happy with this chapter. You showed us new aspects to all the characters within. I think the one that surprised me the most was Draco. Hermione is his road to acceptance. So even though getting to know her as a person has helped him, he acknowledged he had to give back. Besides Hermione and Draco, together, that just will not ever happen. Ron is always going to be a git about some things. Perhaps one day when they're 90, he'll stop putting his foot in his mouth. Now Ginny and Percy, the back story fits. They were both square pegs within the family, Ginny because of gender, Percy because of his drive, which was born out of need to escape the poverty he grew up with. I'm also of the thought he wasn't much of a broom flyer. Even with the difference in ages, it was a good thing that Ginny and Perce had that connection. So I must thank you for not having Ron and Hermione going the breakup route. I can't wait to see what happens next.
FoM

Author's Response: I'm very relieved to hear that! Yes, I can see how Draco's behaviour was a bit surprising. I definitely agree, I could never see him with Hermione in that way, and yes, maybe when they're 90, Ron will have realised that too. I'm so glad that you found Ginny and Percy's back story believable - that's what I was thinking too, that they were both the outsiders in a sense. (I can't imagine him flying a broom either!)

Thank you so much for this review, and for sticking with the story! I appreciate it so much, and I'm hoping to be able to post the next chapter any day now! :)
