Whoa whoa whoa! I knew Al would be pissed but I didn't anticipate his violent reaction!! The was an enjoyable chapter, as was the last one, idk why you think the last one was bad :) It fact, although this chapter was more dramatic, I probably enjoyed it less than the last one because the idea of the party was a bit...cliche? But that's just me, reading too many fanfics for my own good :P
That said I still thoroughly enjoyed intro of this chapter (just tickled my funny bone), the kiss (AGJDBDNDKDGTYFFY!) and the mystery of the box has me very intrigued! :)

Okay, so I always love it when you update. This is my favourite story on the site at the moment.
I really loved the line "an army of black bracelets up my right arm", I don't know why, it was just a really good description.

Hi! that was really good but I kinda expected a more different scene!! No one made a single comment about how James was the centre of the task! I was sure her brothers at least would have brought it up. I also didn't expect her fear to be known as betrayal. I thought it was more of a fear of hurting those she loved..but in retrospect that does seem like a form of betraying her friends! Is the ridikulus spell working going to be a major part of the plot line from now on in, or is it kind of a side story??

As an afterthought, more James's fear of monsters seems kinda superficial when you compare it to Halle's doesn't it?? :P

Halle as way crazier then usual in this chapter, it was kinda bordering on overboard but it was fun to read! :)

Please don't make us wait as long for the next chapter!!

Oh my God. This chapter was excellent. I like how you managed to mix in the usual amount of I'm-Halle-and-I'm-crazy with the whole -I'm-whacked-out-on-potions; I think you successfully made her even more crazy than usual (which I didn't think was possible but okay). I absolutely adore your story, I ship Halle and James so hard it makes it painful. And I can't wait for the Yule Ball. I'm looking forward to it.
And I really really want Al to figure out how Halle went all nutzo on the Boggart. Because it was super cool :)
